HOW TO BUY
Shopping at asteria-led.com is very easy. Just follow these steps:
- Choose the product type (Led Downlights, Led Light Bars, etc).
- View the products you are interested in and click all the tabs to see and read all available information.
- Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
- Fill in all billing details.
- Select a payment method: PayPal or Invoice via Email.
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
If you chose a payment method: Invoice via Email, you will receive instructions for payment. Your order will be kept for 3 day.
After we receive your payment in full, not reduced for any possible additional bank costs, we will prepare order for delivery and shipping.
If we don’t receive your payment in a 3 days period, we will cancel your order. Once the order has been placed, we are not able to make additional changes.
Please note that yours right to return goods does not apply to certain products. To cancel your order, please contact us by mail or phone.
You do not need to register with asteria-led.com to make a purchase from our site.
If you are interested in registration, simply mark the checkbox while entering your billing address if it matches your registration information.
- How many languages is it possible to browse in?
The asteria-led.com browsing languages are: English, Spanish, German and Croatian.
- How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.
- How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service support by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
- What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Asteria-led.com only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service support by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com.
- What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service support by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the PayPal payment method.
Although we operate in the Euro currency, please note your financial institution may apply an extra charge to the total amount of your order due to currency exchanges.
- Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box).
- Where do we ship to?
We ship orders throughout Europe. At the moment we are able to make standard 2-3 day delivery for Croatia and 5-7 day delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
All items are shipped the business day following the date of order. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive if your delivery is in Croatia and 5-7 business days for your order to arrive if we are delivering to any other country on the above list.
- How much do I pay for delivery service?
Delivery cost is charged depending on country of delivery. Charges are (approx. 5€) per order for Croatia. For the rest of the countries the cost may vary depending the size and/or the weight of the items. All the product prices and delivery charges include VAT and are displayed in Kuna’s (KN) and euros (EUR). Delivery cost is clearly included in Checkout process. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Asteria-led.com won’t take responsibility for any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.
Orders made from a Country site where Service cannot ship, will be automatically cancelled.
- What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.
- Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
The shipping cost of returning order is at User’s expense.
- How do I return an item?
The easiest way to return an item is by taking it to the store.
Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.
Possibility of product return will be given to you if:
• The order had been cancelled according to the Terms and Conditions and if asteria-led.com was noticed within 14 days of delivery;
• The product has not been used, modified or damaged;
• The product is in the same condition as it was upon delivery and all the parts of the product are included in the package;
• The product has been repackaged into its original package.
Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund.
- How long do I have to return an item?
You have a right to return or exchange product during a fourteen-day period, starting the day you received order. This possibility is given and conducted according to Croatian consumer protection legislation.
- How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
- When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
- What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Contact our customer service support by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Asteria-led.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
- Can I exchange my items?
Yes, you have two options:
1. In our store: You can return any item, it will be refunded by Asteria-led.com and you can make a new purchase.
2. From your home: you can contact our customer service support by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org and place a new order online.
